Cancellation Policy

Reschedule Policy: Rescheduling: Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointments based on availability, provided that a minimum of 48 hours' notice is given. Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be accommodated based on availability. However, repeated late rescheduling may result in a charge equivalent to the cancellation . Flexibility: I understand that emergencies may arise, and I strive to accommodate reasonable requests for rescheduling whenever possible.
